All necessary information will be emailed to participants within 2 weeks of the retreat. Please contact Kyle at 323-354-9404 with questions prior to that. 

PRIVATE ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS:

There are two, premium, private rooms at Rancho Gallina: Sunset Casita and the Morroccan, each with a Queen bed, and a private bath. Once registration is complete, rooms will be assigned. You can see photos of each room here: https://www.ranchogallina.com/our-rooms/

AGREEMENTS:

By registering for this 4-day, 3-night retreat, as a participant, you agree to the following rules and guidelines:

That this is a private experience, and the property is only open to registered participants, and that you will treat the property and your facilitator/guides with respect and kindness.

You will remain on the property for the duration of the retreat. (other than true, personal or medical emergencies, where you must inform and include one of your guides, so that we can ensure safety and have clarity)

You will follow the schedule, take personal responsibility for yourself, your own comfort, and understand that you may choose your own level of participation - taking time to rest as necessary for you. 

You will be asked to leave the property if you cause disruption, a lack of safety, or otherwise negatively impact the group or property. This will be at the discretion of Kyle Hollingsworth, your facilitator. 

That should you need to cancel, or leave the retreat early for any reason, whether determined by the guides or your own personal needs, no refund will be given.
